Three Types of Workers
So while I'm in Germany, I decided to do my research on the customer service here. So far, I've noticed three types of workers that are prominent. There are the people who don't like us. At all. Then there are the people who are excited that we're here in Germany. They're interested in hearing about why we're here. They ask about our school and whatnot. Then you have the indifferent workers. They do not appear to outwardly hate us, just want to do their job. Which is different than in the US. Sort-of. We don't get asked if we need help, which is fine, but still. It's different than the US. I have also noticed that the stores are laid out differently. For one, it's kind-of hard to find drinks. They're not scattered about. They're all in one spot, usually towards the back. Which we found odd, but now that we know it's better.
